Cynthia Taboika is a Lawyer who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. Her practice includes family law, child protection (CYFSA), and civil litigation.
Cynthia advises and represents clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, equalization claims, and child protection proceedings. She is committed to helping clients make informed decisions while guiding them through what can often be one of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Prior to qualifying in Ontario, Cynthia practiced law internationally. She later completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Osgoode Hall Law School, further strengthening her understanding of the Canadian legal system before continuing her legal career in Ontario.
Cynthia is known for her thoughtful and client-focused approach. She believes in providing practical legal advice and maintaining open communication to help clients make informed decisions and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new experiences with her children. As a parent herself, she understands the importance of family and brings that perspective to her work with clients.
